Question about low carb dieting?

this is a good question, in my experience, if your healthy and just looking to lose those last few pounds a good method would be to get fourty percent carbs and fat and twenty percent protein, a book that describes this is the allpowerfull, holy book of scientificly accurate dieting, the zone book. it's about how to be "in the zone" so to speak meaning that your perfectly healthy, also! and have already lost 15 pounds in two months. working out six days on and one off also helps as wellif your not doing this already you should go to the CROSSFIT website at crossfit.com and read up on it, if you do crossfit plus or even just the mainstreem crossfit you should lose that weight in no time, my dad's 39 and he applied this method and lost 30 pounds in six months. i'm using it
