What are the claimants to the title "fastest growing religion"?

So far I've heard people say it's Protestant Christianity, Catholicism Islam, Orthodox Judaism (when counted separately and in comparison), and Mormonism. Are there any others? How much do they each f with statistics to back up their claim?
