Why am I so hungry still?
In the morning I had a glass of water, 1/2 hour later 1 medium apple, 2 hour walk, 1/4 cup of raisin granola, two slices of ezekiel bread, 1/3 of a banana, 1 tbsp of cinnamon, 1 hour bike ride at 5-10 mph,5 hours later at a graduation party for a relative I had, 5 small celery sticks,3 slices of watermelon, half corn on the cob, 1) 6 inch long peace of sausage on a role, for dessert I had 2 peanut butter cookies and an 1/8th inch slice of vanilla cake,no drinks, Im still mad hungry, I ate my meals slowly but it didn't really help much, what should I do, im 19 5'1 male 126 pounds
