What beer to take to the party?

I would pick the Honkers ale, have not had them but it to me sounds best. Bock I think is thick, never had a hebrew beer. There are tons of import beers at the liquor store, many cold. I think Germany is the beer drinking capital for drinking beer, why not a German beer, or one that is from your heritage, are you Irish, buy Irish, English, buy English, Japaneese, buy Japaneese. I have bought beer like this before, not to get drunk with but to just drink, kind of like if you went out to eat you might try a ethnic food place like chineese or from some other country for a change for a change.
