Should there be any alcohol at a 1 year olds party?

Maybe 20 people. Just a few of them are children and everyone else is of age to drink. I'm unsure but my mom thought it would be nice to provide some. My girl is having a luau theme pool party. What would you think of there being margaritas or some mixed drinks there?
