What does it mean when you get abdominal pain?

Ok well Idk what's wrong with me., I woke up right now with the worst abdominal pain ever, its like a cramping all over my stomach its all over not just one certain area, I'm 16 and I had a sip of this one thing called skinny Margarita and it was strong! So Idk it just hurts help please!!!!!!
