I am on a strict nutritional diet, been exercising, getting massages and sauna therapy to heal my body. I was beginning to feel better this last week, then I juiced some celery, got a deep tissue massage, then sat in a sauna for 15 minutes to release some toxins (also did hot/cold water therapy to get my blood circulating). Later that day, all my old symptoms started to come back. 3 days later, I'm starting to feel better again. Is that a form of release or something?
