Just eat celery diet to lose weight?

So i am thinking about going on this diet where i just eat celery and drink water to lose some weight.. Im not too sure how long ill keep it up but i know celery has 0 calories and the amount of energy taken to eat it actually makes it "negative calories". Do you think it would work? Note, i do know that i will be eating under 1200 calories a day and my body will go into "starvation mode", but i think i found a simple fix for that.. Once i want to get off the diet. I start building up my calorie intake a little bit per day, still eating healthy foods, still drinking just water. I would also take vitamins such as b-12 to raise my metabolism on and off the diet.
