Is this a good way to lose weight?

Diet soda is ******* horrible for you, seriously. Drink water all the time. Its great for you and your skin, plus water gets your metabolism running so you will digest your food better and burn more calories. Plus 8 baby carrots isn't enough for you, so make yourself a salad, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots whatever you like, no or very little dressing. Dinner is outrageous too, how can you have oatmeal all the time? have some white meat chicken, some rice, eat whatever you want for dinner just no fast food or pasta and keep the portion small, like fill a plate with a diameter of 8 inches. Water is key. Also go running-jogging if you can for 30minutes- an hour everyday 6 days a week. This will help you even more.
