okay so for breakfast i would have a granola bar which is 160 calories or i would have a banana and some milk for lunch i would have bread at like 12 o clock (because ill be at school and the only good food they have is bread) and when i get home i eat a spoon full of natural peanut butter or like 5 wheat thins or celery theen exersize for one hour and 30 minutes doing at least 30 minutes of cardio and not eating dinner or just having soup, or pasta and some vegatabless
