I need help with my hair!?

i want to put legit red highlights in my hair but my hair lady cant do red she can only do like orange red but thats not what i want so i was going to get hair extensions like a weave type thing but i dont know where to get them...i live in Rancho santa margarita so some where close to there would be nice!
