1200 Calorie Diet Question?

I'm not gonna act like I know a lot about it. However from my basic knowledge and experience, it sounds like maybe you should eat more during the day. You don't want to eat too late at night. Maybe get some protein bars if you are having trouble getting your count down. But if you spread the food out more during the day, like breakfast, which is always important, lunch, and dinner, and then snacks between each meal. Even if you just substituted a larger snack for lunch. Because three meals can be a lot to get in one day. I know it's really difficult. That's why I suck at it. I have too much stress to be counting my own calories and trying to calculate what is gonna be what. Because I know it is stressful. But if that's what you want to do and you have the determination, that's great! And I know it can be done. Nothing about weight loss and fat burning is ever fun, but what's easy that we really want? Try looking up healthy items that contain more calories and see if you can use those to build your calories up. Because whatever you do, you don't want to eat too little. It will screw your metabolism up and you won't have the energy you should have. Hoped I helped. I know I'm no expert, just like to give my two cents and advice. Hopefully it's somewhat helpful.
